Roles and Responsibilities

Job Location: MIDC Tarapur Boisar Maharashtra

• House Keeping Management
• Sanitation & Hygiene
• Garbage Analysis
• PPE & Uniform distribution
• Consumable consumption Monitoring
• Taking Care of minor maintenance
• Escorting of visitors, auditors and customers during their visits.
• Garden Maintenance and development
• Housekeeping & ADMIN related Improvements projects & Modifications
• Timely raise the purchase requisitions for availability of ADMIN related Material & other requirements
• Daily sweeping & moping of canteen area. Collection & segregation of dry & wet garbage daily and shifting to disposal area. (Checklist)
• Monthly Presentation.
• Upkeep of Drinking Water Facilities
• Pest Control/Sanitation & Hygiene
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
• To make sure that all necessary facilities and amenities in accordance with the law are provided to all employees at the plant.
• To provide all amenities and facilities required at a particular plant and to provide inputs to corporate team to design ways to proving them to the employees.
• To be responsible for implementing established processes for providing facilities and executing them.
• To make sure that all necessary facilities and amenities in accordance with the law are provided to all employees of Viraj.
• To ensure zero down time for all facilities.
• To ensure that all office administration items are available to be provided to employees.
• To co-ordinate with office administration for transportation of food from the kitchen to various plants and offices.
