Executive Assistant – CMD

Job Description:

We are Hiring for Executive Assistant Position (EA) in our organisation- Viraj Profiles Ltd. Based at Andheri, location; this profile includes frequent overseas travel.

1- Role

Support CMD in entire gamut of business

2. Position Details :-

• Support CMD in managing the different business Unit
• Fixing CMD Calendar and Travel Itinerary
• Total coordination for business related correspondence ,appointments, meetings and info flow of CMD
• Prioritise & flag the communication flow for effective utilisation of CMDs time.
• Draft Routine and regular Mails/ communications on behalf of CMD.
• Keep Track of "To Do " List and update on regular basis to CMD
• Gather and collate data and info from internal and external sources. Flag it for CMDs consideration.
• Carry out screening of files/documents to ensure clarity before it is put up to CMD`s for his decision.
• Maintains and index the subject wise communications and close it to its logical end
• Draft & issues internal and external communication of CMD
• Hands on Experience in MIS reports
• Includes Frequent Overseas Travel; Must be able to stay abroad for weeks at a stretch.
• Any other assignment as per Management advise

3.Competencies required

Ability to handle confidential information with tact and diplomacy

Thorough knowledge of office procedures, highly developed computer skills, and advanced capabilities with software including Microsoft work, power point, excel and outlook

Superior ability to build relationships with senior leaders, and work across businesses

Experience: 7 to 12 years
